Of the 143 million children who are orphaned due to AIDS, civil war, disease, and hunger, only .03 % will be adopted into families this year. The vast majority of orphaned children will grow up in an orphanage or on the street. By working to improve orphan care, we will save more lives, and give more orphaned children hope and a future. We have set the bar for international orphan care with our Standards of Care. When an orphanage enters into the God’s Kids Network, we become equal partners in loving and caring for the children in their family. God’s Kids provides financial, strategic, and training support to help orphanages care for their children. |
